Hal is a New York City and Pennsylvania professional photographer who, over many years, has developed his own style and technique of recording images. He has photographed alongside many recognized professionals while on extensive photography workshops.
Hal’s silhouette image of a cowboy at sunset earned him the honor of cover photograph for Popular Magazine’s Texas Tribute issue, 2001. He has also been published in the “Texas Traveler” magazine, Popular Photography and American Photo magazine.
– After 9/11 his photographic essay “Patriotism NYC After the Tragedy” was featured on the “Take Great Pictures” website.
– A special series of photographs taken in Quito,Equador and the Galapagos Islands was on display both in New York City and in Hawley,PA.
– A photograph taken of firemen carrying American flags during a New York City parade is on display at the office of the NYC Fire Commissioner.

-February 2008 to present Hal is a member of the Highlands Photo Guild Fine Art Gallery in Milford, PA.
-June 2009 till present his work is on display at the Lords Valley Country Club in Hawley,PA.
